Payment and Delivery Questions
- How do I pay for my slideshow?
At this time we can only accept cash, check, or PayPal.
Sorry, no credit cards. - How long does it take to make a slideshow?
Generally it takes four weeks to make a slideshow so make sure to order your slideshow at least a month before your wedding other event. Please plan accordingly if you need your slideshow in advance. - Will I be able to see my slideshow ahead of time?
A preview video of your slideshow will be made available online or in person. You will be able to make changes and suggestions at that time. - What do I get for the final copy? You will receive a DVD with a custom jacket and disc. We can also put your video on YouTube or Facebook for no additional charge.
Photo Questions
- How do I submit photos?
There are several options.1. Burn photos files onto a CD and deliver by mail or in person.
We cannot use photos made available on photo sharing websites that only give you access to one photo at a time.
2. Deliver on a flash drive or other storage media.
3. Upload files onto our FTP site. - Will you scan photos for me?
Scanning photos is very time consuming. As such, there will be a charge of $1 per photo. - What quality should the photos be in?
Photos of at least two megapixels in size will look great in your slideshow. However, any quality photos can be used. Keep in mind that the better the quality of your photos, the better your slideshow will look. - Are JPEGs okay? What about other file formats?
Almost any file format is fine except for Photoshop PSD files. - Are nude photos...

Music and Video Questions
- What music can I use?
The only criteria we have for music is:1. The music is available for purchase in stores or online.
2. The music is appropriate for audiences of all ages. - Why do you charge for music?
For legal reasons we must charge you for each song (usually $0.99) that you use. When you receive your slideshow you will also receive an audio CD with your music on it. - Can I put video in my slideshow?
We can put two minutes of video into your slideshow with professional editing. After the first two minutes, there will be additional charge of $25 for every extra minute of video your provide. - What video formats can you use? We can use video in most digital formtas such as .mp4, .avi, .mov, DVD, and mini-DV tape. However, we cannot use mpeg, blu-ray, or VCD

- What if I want to do something different with my slideshow?
Most people like to do something different with their slideshow and usually it is no problem. We would love to accomodate your special request so let us know what you are planning. - Where are you located?
